3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
  • Make timely payments according to agreed terms
  • Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
  • Respect the therapeutic relationship in AI therapy sessions

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Web design projects require 50% deposit before work begins
  • Consultation services are billed hourly or per session
  • Marketing campaigns are billed monthly or per project
  • AI therapy sessions may be subscription-based or pay-per-use

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work products (websites, designs, etc.). However, we retain rights to:

  • Our proprietary methods and techniques
  • The AriseDose AI therapy platform
  • Templates and frameworks used in development
  • Portfolio usage rights for completed work

6. Therapy Services Disclaimer

AriseDose AI therapy is a supportive tool and does not replace professional mental health treatment. In case of mental health emergencies, please contact emergency services or a licensed mental health professional.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We provide services "as is" and make no warranties beyond those legally required.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client pays for services rendered to date
  • Work products are delivered based on payment status
  • Confidential information remains protected
